Policy for returning adult product(s)
Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange
policy for change of mind, or if your unhappy with how the product operates, as the decision to purchase the adult product is at your own discretion. We will do our best to explain how the product operates at time of sale. If purchased online, most products have a description, please ensure to read the descriptions, and if you have any further questions about the product, please do not hesitate to call the store.
For faulty products, we offer a 30 DAY REPLACEMENT WARRANTY, from the date you receive your product.
We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer
service, we will always endeavor to keep our customers happy and satisfied.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer
you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of
the faulty product.
Before returning your adult product(s):
Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.
- Make sure you are using the correct batteries / original charging cable.
- Make sure the batteries have been inserted correctly / charging cable inserted correctly
- Make sure connections are not wet or have moisture
- Hold (most) controls for 3-5 seconds to turn on / turn off

- If all else fails, please return the product to the address of purchase OR if purchased online, email us with your concerns. We will assess, and possibly require a short video / photo of the fault, to be able to send out a replacement at no extra cost.
When contacting us regarding a faulty product, please make sure you provide the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Your contact details
- Reason why you believe it may be faulty
- Please ensure adult products are clean before they are returned to store as we will need to inspect the product.
Please note: Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product or we receive sufficient evidence the product is faulty.
