If a more suitable option is available at the time, it is at our discretion to use that courier, no extra fees will incur.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the products purchased. The Senders name displayed on your package will be ‘’OZ BRANDZ PTY LTD’’

To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment, we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In this instance, your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details, including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase, please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

All orders Monday-Friday (BRISBANE AEST) will be dispatched the next working day if order was placed after 2pm.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Standard shipping 2-5 working days 

Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

If you are not home at time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place. If a safe place is not available, an Australia post email will be sent direct to you to pick up your parcel at your nearest Post Office. 

2HR  DOOR TO DOOR LOCAL DELIVERY

2hr Local Delivery is for Gold Coast only and is available 7 days per week between 10am – 9pm, except for public holidays when the store may be closed.

We secure a 3rd party to rely on the 2hr local delivery, so from time to time it may take a while longer to deliver your products if in peak times. Please be considerate of this, however we will always do our best with the 2hr window.

The price for this service is calculated by distance and time of day and can differ from one day to the next pending on this calculation.

Any notes from you when placing the order, will assist the delivery driver of the best place to leave the package. Packages that are to be left unattended,  is your own responsibility and Tuppys Adult Toy Store will not accept any liability for lost packages.

When there is no notes for direct instructions on where to leave the package, the package will be left at your front door. If the front door is out of reach, it will be left in a more suitable area, at the drivers discretion.
