All orders are sent out via EXPRESS AUSTRALIA POST (free if order over $100.00), $14.95 EXPRESS if under $100.00.

If a more suitable option is available at the time, it is at our discretion to use that courier, no extra fees will incur.

Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to the product purchased or site name purchased from. The Senders name displayed on your package will be ‘’OZ BRANDZ PTY LTD’’

To avoid delaying your order and any disappointment, we may fulfil your order from multiple locations. In this instance, your purchase would be split into multiple orders and delivered to you separately. You will receive an email notification with any new order details, including your tracking information. In the event of a split purchase, please be assured that you will not incur any additional shipping charges.

NEXT DAY DISPATCH

All orders Monday-Friday (BRISBANE AEST) will be dispatched the next working day.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES

Standard shipping 2-7 working days 

Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer.

If you are not home at time of delivery, your parcel will be left in a safe place. If a safe place is not available, a card will be left to pick up your parcel at your nearest Post Office. 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES

Standard shipping 3-10 working days – $25.00 AUD per order

(Allow 3-14 working days for deliveries to Rural areas)

If you are not available at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. Please note: Your parcel will only be trackable once your order arrives in New Zealand.
